Last night, during curfew hours, officers at a patrol station on the M-06 Kyiv–Chop highway noticed a VAZ-2107 vehicle driving in the oncoming lane.
The police immediately stopped the vehicle. Upon questioning the driver, they noticed clear signs of alcohol intoxication. The driver agreed to take a test, which showed a result of 2.32‰, far exceeding legal limits.
The officers issued:
- a citation under Part 2, Article 122 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violation of traffic lane rules);
- a protocol under Part 1, Article 130 (driving under the influence of alcohol).
