Lviv Region Police Identified Teens for Spreading Video

The Lviv Region police identified teens who circulated a video with explicit content.

Officers from the juvenile prevention sector of Police Unit No. 3 of the Lviv District Police Management No. 2 established all the participants in the incident — local residents aged between 13 and 17 years. The teenagers were interviewed in the presence of their parents.

On May 15, a resident from one of the villages in the Lviv district contacted the police — the mother of an 18-year-old boy with mental disorders. According to her, a few days ago, after training at the village stadium, local teens filmed her son changing clothes. Later, they spread the video showing the undressed boy with disdainful comments among acquaintances in messengers.

Administrative protocols were drawn up for the parents of two minors under Article 184 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of Ukraine (failure of parents or persons replacing them to fulfill their duties concerning child upbringing). Additionally, there is a decision pending regarding the accountability of a 17-year-old participant in the incident.
