The cost of obtaining psychotropic drugs at the prices of the “black” market is close to five million hryvnias. The defendant was a 23-river citizen of the Chernihiv region. The police harassed him in accordance with Art. 208 of the Criminal Procedural Code of Ukraine.
Following the fact of the investigation of the territorial police department, for the procedural procedure of the Pustomyti District Prosecutor’s Office, they approved criminal proceedings under Part 3 of Article 307 (Illegal production, preparation, acquisition, saving, transportation, transfer or distribution of narcotic drugs, psychotropic drugs or their analogues) of the Criminal Code Ukraine. The sanction of the statute transfers punishment – reduction of will for lines from nine to twelve years with confiscation of the lane.
The pre-trial investigation is ongoing, there is a need to inform the suspect about the suspicion of a criminal offense and protect you from another approach.
