Under the procedural control of the Lviv Regional Prosecutor’s Office, a pre-trial investigation was launched into the violation of the laws and customs of war (Part 1 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
According to the investigation, on the morning of March 24, the Russian armed forces attacked Lviv region.
As a result of the massive enemy attack, energy infrastructure facilities were damaged by unmanned aerial vehicles, cruise missiles and a hypersonic missile “Kinzhal”.
Prosecutors, investigators and expert services are recording the consequences of another attack by the aggressor country.
Pre-trial investigation is conducted by the SBU Office in Lviv region.
