In the Lviv region, the special services exposed a scheme of illegal transportation of conscripts across the state border of Ukraine
According to operative data, it became known that the illegal activity was organized by a 27-year-old resident of Lviv region. He involved several other people in his scheme: some were looking for “clients” and others were drawing up fictitious documents to cross the border.
Militiamen detained the malefactor according to Art. 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine during the receipt of 20 thousand US dollars for “services” of unimpeded border crossing.
Currently, the attacker was informed about the suspicion under Part 3 of Art. 332 (illegal transportation of persons across the state border of Ukraine) of the Criminal code of Ukraine.
An investigation is underway to identify all persons involved in illegal activities.
The criminal scheme was exposed by USBU operatives together with National Police investigators under the procedural guidance of the Lviv Regional Prosecutor’s Office.
