The traffic accident occurred on April 16, around 7:00 p.m., in the village of Verkhne Vysotske, Sambir district
As previously determined by law enforcement officers, the driver of the “Geon” motorcycle, a 19-year-old resident of one of the villages of the district, lost control, drove off the roadway and fell. The motorcyclist died at the scene from injuries received as a result of the accident.
According to the fact, the investigators of police department No. 2 of the Sambir district police department opened criminal proceedings under Part 2 of Article 286 (Violation of traffic safety rules) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Law enforcement officers are establishing the circumstances of the incident.
