What tips will help reduce the number of accidents involving pedestrians
In 9 months of 2024, 461 accidents involving pedestrians were recorded in the Lviv Oblast
Over 9 months of this year, 461 accidents involving pedestrians were recorded in the region. In these accidents, 440 people were injured and, unfortunately, 43 people died.
So:
✅ if drivers stop in time before pedestrian crossings;
✅ do not violate traffic lights;
✅ observe the speed limit;
✅ do not overtake on a pedestrian crossing;
✅ pedestrians will cross in the designated places;
✅ will not suddenly step out onto the roadway;
✅ will follow traffic lights;
✅ will mark themselves on the road, the number of accidents will definitely decrease.
