Criminals Who Attacked an Entrepreneur in Turka Detained in Lviv Region

Police in the Lviv region have apprehended five individuals suspected of committing a violent robbery against an entrepreneur in Turka. The incident occurred on January 11 when the attackers broke into the man’s home and carried out the crime.

Details of the Attack

Five masked men stormed into the entrepreneur’s house. They threatened the owner with a weapon, beat him, and tied him up. His wife and granddaughter were locked in the bathroom.

The criminals fled the scene, abandoning the entrepreneur’s car in a city yard.

Investigation and Arrest

The search for the suspects involved criminal investigators, police analysts, and officers from the Sambir District Police Department. Following a series of investigative actions, the identities of the attackers were established.

With the support of special forces, all five suspects were detained under Article 208 of the Criminal Procedure Code of Ukraine.

The detained individuals, aged 21 to 36, are residents of the Turka district. One of them was found in possession of a pistol-like object, which has been sent for examination.
