Lands of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine were illegally seized in Lviv Oblast – the expositor of the Rural Council and two land managers are suspected

According to the investigation, the suspects alienated almost 22 hectares of land of the Institute of Animal Biology of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine for the benefit of third parties.

Investigative actions are ongoing, the question of selecting precautionary measures for the accused is being resolved.

At the prosecutor’s request, the above-mentioned plots were seized.

The pre-trial investigation is carried out by the investigators of the Investigative Department of the Main Department of the National Police of the region, under the operational support of the Strategic Investigations Department in the Lviv Region of the SSR of the National Police of Ukraine.
