The court’s decision satisfied the lawsuit of prosecutors of the Zolochiv District Prosecutor’s Office.
It recognized the illegal inaction of the balance keeper and obliged to bring the protective structure of civil defense into proper technical condition and readiness for use as intended.
Prosecutors established that in one of the villages of the Pidkamin Territorial Community (Zolochiv District) there is an anti-radiation shelter in the building of the People’s House. We are talking about premises with a total area of almost 275 square meters.
According to the technical passport, it can accommodate 300 people.
The settlement council is the balance keeper of the indicated object of civil protection. The latter, neglecting the safety of citizens, did not prepare the building in a ready-to-use condition.
Accordingly, the prosecutor’s office initiated a judicial resolution of the issue.
The court confirmed the validity of the prosecutor’s demands and satisfied the claim in full.
