The Sambir District Prosecutor’s Office has ensured the real implementation of the court’s decision to bring two anti-radiation shelters into readiness for their functional purpose.
Prosecutors established that one of Sambor’s enterprises is the balance-keeper of civil defense facilities.
We are talking about premises with a total area of almost 250 square meters. According to the technical passport, they can accommodate 160 people.
However, they were in poor technical condition for a long time. Accordingly, it made it impossible to use the shelter as intended.
Therefore, the prosecutor’s office appealed to the court with a lawsuit, which was fully satisfied.
Currently, the enterprise has carried out appropriate repair works. According to the act of assessment of the state of readiness, these civil defense structures are brought into proper technical condition. Currently, they are fully ready for sheltering people
