The traffic accident happened on April 20, at about 10.40, in the village of Soluky, Yavoriv district.
According to police, a Jaguar driven by a 45-year-old resident of a Lviv district village, a Peugeot 301 driven by a 40-year-old Novoyavorivsk resident and an Audi A6 driven by a 47-year-old resident of a village collided. Yavoriv district.
As a result of the accident, the drivers of three cars and a Jaguar passenger, a 49-year-old resident of one of the villages of Lviv district, were injured and taken to a medical facility.
In fact, investigators of the territorial police department of Lviv region opened a criminal case under Part 1 of Article 286 (Violation of traffic safety rules) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The maximum penalty provided by the sanction of the article is up to three years of restriction of liberty with deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for up to three years.
