The Zolochiv District Prosecutor’s Office ensured the actual execution of the court decision – 3 land plots owned by a foreigner were confiscated.
These are agricultural lands with a total area of over 2 hectares. The latter are located on the territory of the Krasnenska territorial community.
It was established that a Russian citizen inherited the above land plots. After acquiring ownership, she leased them to a local company and received payment for doing so.
Since the right of ownership of Russian citizens to real estate in Ukraine is contrary to the requirements of the law, the Zolochysk District Prosecutor’s Office filed a lawsuit.
The court upheld the prosecutors’ claim. The land plots were returned to state ownership. The relevant information was entered into the State Register of Real Property Rights.
