The Bussky District Court of the Lviv Region satisfied the claims of the Zolochiv District Prosecutor’s Office against two individuals. The court ordered the defendants to return arbitrarily occupied land plots worth more than UAH 147 million to communal ownership.
It was established that local residents without legal documents arbitrarily used communally owned land with a total area of more than 37 hectares, growing agricultural crops on it. At the same time, without concluding lease agreements and without paying rent for the use of land plots.
At the moment, the court’s decision has been implemented. Also, natural persons paid damages in the amount of over 100,000 hryvnias for the benefit of the local budget, caused by the arbitrary occupation of land.
