The day before, a concerned driver called line 102 and reported that a Renault Megan car was driving from the village of Davydiv in the direction of Lviv, the driver of which was grossly violating traffic rules.
Patrolmen of the 3rd battalion discovered and stopped the mentioned car on Zeleniya Street. The 63-year-old man was found to be intoxicated. He agreed to the inspection. The Drager device showed a result of 1.96 ppm.
