Driver Without License Exceeded Speed and Was Found to Be Drunk
Yesterday afternoon, during speed control on the M-09 highway Ternopil — Lviv — Rava-Ruska, patrol officers stopped a Skoda Octavia. The driver was traveling at a speed of 78 km/h in a populated area.
Driver’s Violations
- Speeding
- No driving license
- Drunk driving
During the check of the 23-year-old man’s documents, it was found that he did not have the right to drive such a vehicle. A combined decree was issued for both violations.
While communicating with the driver, patrol officers noticed signs of alcohol intoxication, which was confirmed by the Dräger device—1.35 per mille. This added one more protocol to the decree. Later, the vehicle was driven by a sober driver.
