A driver with signs of intoxication overturned on a roundabout
At around 1am, we received a call to Horodotska Street, where an accident had occurred at the roundabout with the Lviv-Shehyni motorway.
The 33-year-old driver of a ZAZ 110307 did not monitor the road situation, did not choose a safe speed, hit a curb and overturned.
The man had to be taken out of the car because he was pinned. Doctors examined the driver. He refused to be hospitalised. During the conversation with the offender, signs of drug intoxication were detected.
He refused to be tested. The police drew up two reports against the Lviv resident: for driving while intoxicated and for violating traffic rules, which led to an accident.
Fortunately, this time it only resulted in broken metal. We urge drivers not to violate the law and never drive drunk.
