The traffic accident happened on October 25, around 7:00 p.m., on Shevchenko Street in Lviv.
As previously established by law enforcement officers, there was a collision between a Peugeot 806 driven by a 47-year-old resident of one of the villages of the Chervonograd district and a Skoda Fabia driven by a 35-year-old resident of Yavorov.
As a result of the accident, the driver of the Skoda Fabia and his passengers, a 22-year-old resident of Yavorova and a 47-year-old resident of Novoyavorivsk, were injured and taken to the hospital.
According to the fact, the investigators of the police department No. 1 of the Lviv district police department No. 1 opened criminal proceedings under Part 1 of Article 286 (Violation of traffic safety rules) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The maximum punishment provided by the sanction of the article is restriction of liberty for a term of up to three years, with deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for a term of up to three years.
