Based on the principled position of the Drogobytsk District Prosecutor’s Office, the court satisfied the claim for the confiscation of land plots from a citizen of the Russian Federation in favor of the state.
We are talking about 4 plots of agricultural land located in one of the villages of the Drohobych Territorial Community. Their total area is 2 hectares.
Prosecutors established that a citizen of the Russian Federation inherited agricultural land. Ignoring the requirements of the land legislation of Ukraine, he did not alienate the land during the year. Later, he leased them to a local enterprise, for which he received rent.
In order to prevent the illegal possession of Ukrainian lands, the prosecutors appealed to the court.
