The commercial court of the Lviv region satisfied two claims of the Lviv regional prosecutor’s office against the business entity. By the court’s decision, the lease contracts of the land plots were terminated, it is required to return them to the disposal of the community, as well as to pay the arrears for use.
We are talking about agricultural land with an area of almost 60 hectares. They are located within the Radekhiv united territorial community of Lviv region.
It was established that the company, in violation of the terms of the contract, systematically did not pay rent for the use of land plots.
Therefore, the court agreed with the arguments of the prosecutor and satisfied the claims in full.
