On August 31, 2023, the Western Interregional Territorial Branch of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine initiated a case on the grounds of violation of the legislation on the protection of economic competition by the individual entrepreneur V. M. Krutyakov and the individual entrepreneur Ramskyi A. I., related to the possible distortion of the results of auctions.
FOP Krutyakov V.M. and FOP Ramskyi A.I. in June 2021, participated in the procurement procedure on the subject: “Television services, Services in the field of television (filming and online broadcasting of ranking cycling competitions on the Lviv Open Cup track)”.
The customer of the purchase (purchase identifier – UA-2021-06-23-014683) was the Department of Youth and Sports of the Lviv Regional State Administration. The expected cost of the procurement procedure is UAH 60,000.00.
During the implementation of state control measures for the protection of competition in the field of public procurement, the Department established and discovered facts that may indicate possible concerted behavior of the specified participants during procurement, so a case was opened.
