During the last 24 hours, six road traffic accidents were registered in the Lviv region, resulting in injuries to seven people. Fortunately, no fatalities were reported.
Law enforcement officials remind drivers of the necessity to maintain a safe driving speed, ensure sufficient distance between vehicles, avoid risky maneuvers, and strictly adhere to road signs and markings. Special attention should be paid when approaching pedestrian crossings by reducing speed and ensuring the passage is safe.
It is also recommended to always use seat belts, avoid phone calls while driving, and for pedestrians to follow the Road Traffic Rules, use reflective elements on clothing and accessories, and avoid distractions caused by mobile phones while crossing the road.
