The case of a former cadebist in Lviv, who passed information to the enemy for missile strikes, has been sent to court

Under the procedural leadership of the Lviv Regional Prosecutor’s Office, the pre-trial investigation was completed and an indictment was sent to the court against the Lviv resident for treason (Part 1, Article 111 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).

The pre-trial investigation was carried out by the SBU Office in the Lviv Region.

Note: in accordance with Art. 62 of the Constitution of Ukraine, a person is considered innocent of committing a crime and cannot be subjected to criminal punishment until his guilt is proven in a legal manner and established by a court verdict.
