The court satisfied the claim of the head of the Galician district prosecutor’s office of the city of Lviv and canceled the state registration of land plots with a total area of more than 150 hectares.
We are talking about 22 land plots of communal property. The latter are provided for permanent use for the maintenance of the Regional Landscape Park “Znesinnia” of the city of Lviv.
It was established that the technical documentation on land management did not comply with the state act on the right to permanent use of land. In particular, the registered boundaries differed from the real boundaries of the park.
