In the past 24 hours, 70 road accidents occurred in Lviv and the surrounding region, five of which involved injuries.
As a result of these accidents, 12 people were injured.
For the remaining 65 accidents, administrative protocols were issued under Article 124 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of Ukraine. This article penalizes violations of traffic rules resulting in damage to vehicles, cargo, or other property. The penalty includes a fine of twenty tax-free minimum incomes or deprivation of driving rights for a period of six months to one year.
