An accident occurred on Luhanska Street in Lviv on February 4th in the early morning, which resulted in a woman being injured. The 44-year-old man from Lviv was driving the Mercedes GLA250 and collided with a 22-year-old local woman, causing her bodily injuries for which she was immediately hospitalized.
According to statements from law enforcement, a criminal case has been initiated under part two of article 286 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, which qualifies as a violation of traffic rules. According to the law, sanctions can include imprisonment for a period ranging from three to eight years, along with a driving ban for up to three years.
Presently, law enforcement continues to examine the circumstances of the incident, including conducting necessary expert examinations to determine all the details.
