The traffic accident happened on July 19 at 8:20 p.m. on Bohdanivska Street.
As previously established by law enforcement officers, a Citroen Berlingo minibus, driven by a 45-year-old Lviv resident, and a Renault truck driven by another 38-year-old Lviv resident collided. As a result of the collision, the minibus driver and two of his passengers aged 34 and 44 were injured and hospitalized.
According to the fact, criminal proceedings are under investigation under Part 2 of Article 286 (Violation of traffic safety rules) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The sanction of the article provides for punishment – deprivation of liberty for a period of three to eight years with deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for a period of up to three years or without it.
The police are establishing the circumstances of the incident.
