On August 27, at 07:25, the Rescue Service “101” received a report that in the village Sabanivka, Chervonograd district, a collision between VAZ-2101 and Ford Focus occurred on the Lviv-Lutsk highway.
Rescuers from the 21st state fire-rescue unit of the city of Radekhiv and the 18th state fire-rescue unit of the city of Kamianka-Buzka went to the scene.
As it turned out at the scene, as a result of the accident, the driver of the VAZ-2101 car, a man born in 1992, was trapped by the deformed structures of the car. With the help of a special tool, the rescuers unblocked the injured man and handed him over to medics.
As a result of the accident, the passenger of the VAZ-2101 car, a man born in 1968, was also injured.
The medics hospitalized two victims with injuries of varying severity in the Chervonograd Central City Hospital.
7 personnel and 2 units of special equipment were involved in the liquidation of the consequences of the road accident.
