In Lviv Oblast, the driver of a minibus died as a result of a road accident – the police are investigating the circumstances of the incident
The traffic accident occurred on December 13, around 9:20 p.m., on the Berestechko-Busk highway in the village of Zavydche, Chervonograd district.
As previously established by the law enforcement officers, the driver of the Volkswagen Transporter, a 45-year-old resident of Radekhov, lost control and drove into a ditch.
The driver of the minibus died at the scene of the injuries sustained as a result of the accident.
According to the fact, the investigators opened criminal proceedings under Part 2 of Article 286 (Violation of traffic safety rules) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
Law enforcement officers are establishing the circumstances of the incident.
