Road traffic became unsafe on the 4th of April, around 10.00, on the “Kiev-Chop” highway in the village of Pidbirtsi, Lviv region.
As law enforcement officers had previously identified, the driver of a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter car, a 38-river Lviv citizen, had hit a pedestrian, a 64-river local scumbag.
As a result of the road accident, the person suffered from bodily care and hospitalization.
Following the fact, investigators of the Lviv district police department No. 1 confirmed criminal offenses under Part 1 of Article 286 (Violation of traffic safety rules) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The maximum penalty, transferred to the sanction of the statute, is up to three days of exchange of will with the remission of the right to carry out transportation by means of transport for up to three times.
