Situation with Curfew Violation in the City
During nighttime patrolling on Heroes of Krut Street, law enforcement officers discovered a group of individuals violating the established curfew. Among the violators, it turned out that a 21-year-old young man was carrying certain forbidden items.
Seized Forbidden Items
- Brass knuckles – an item prohibited for free carrying.
- Gas cylinder “Teren – 4M” – a device intended for use by law enforcement, not allowed for civilian possession.
The law enforcement officers called a detective-operational group for further investigation, which took charge of the seizure of illegal items. The man may face criminal responsibility under Art. 263 (Part 2) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, concerning illegal handling of weapons and other prohibited items.
