The Frankiv District Prosecutor’s Office of Lviv completed the pre-trial investigation and sent an indictment to the court against a Lviv man suspected of theft of communal property. Probably, the prosecutor’s office took measures against Anatoly Malkov, who was wanted.
This was reported in the Lviv City Department of Communal Property.
According to the investigation, the man, using forged documents for the purpose of personal enrichment, through a notary, registered the ownership of real estate, which had been registered in the registry since 2015 as the property of the territorial community of Lviv.
It is about the premises on the street. Lazarenka, 25, with a total area of more than 130 m2 and a cost of more than UAH 570,000. This premises was and is being used by Lvivvodokanal LLP. Illegal double registration for this premises was canceled by court decisions at the end of 2020.
We would like to remind you that at the end of 2016, private property rights to 20 communal premises in Lviv were unreasonably registered against individuals and legal entities. In general, the city managed to return 19 premises out of 20 to communal ownership, legal proceedings are still ongoing for 1 premises.
