Yesterday, at 3:30 p.m., a patrol car stopped on Stryiska Street to let the vehicles that were driving along the main road pass.
The driver of the Chevrolet Captiva, it seems, did not decide until the last where he was going: to the right or further down the main road. He drove into the middle in a company car.
Fortunately, there were no casualties. But the 36-year-old perpetrator of the car accident showed obvious signs of intoxication. The check on the Drager device was shocking. The result is 3.28 ppm. This exceeds the permitted rate by more than 16 times.
Two protocols were drawn up against the Lviv resident: under Part 1 of Art. 130 (Driving a vehicle while intoxicated) and Art. 124 (Violation of traffic rules that led to an accident) of the Code of Administrative Offenses of Ukraine and issued a resolution of Part 1 of Art. 126 (Driving a vehicle without the necessary documents) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
