The first traffic offender was caught on video by concerned citizens.
At the intersection of Svobody Avenue and Doroshenko Street, the driver of a minibus did not take the extreme position when turning right and drove into the intersection when a traffic jam formed.
This was reported by the Police of Lviv region.
Our traffic safety inspectors tracked down the driver. The patrol policemen drew up a report against the 36-year-old driver under Part 2 of Art. 122 (Violation of the rules of intersection) of the Administrative Code.
Yesterday afternoon, the public transport driver drove through the intersection of Chornovil Avenue and Horodotska Street when the traffic light was off. We saw the video in local public media.
Traffic safety inspectors immediately responded and identified the offender. The patrol policemen drew up a report of administrative offence against the 38-year-old driver under Part 2 of Article 122 (Driving through a prohibited traffic signal) of the Code of Administrative Offences.
