A court in Lviv will begin proceedings against two residents of Sheptytskyi district accused of robbing a 21-year-old student. The suspects, previously convicted of theft, face up to ten years in prison if found guilty.

According to police, the robbery occurred on October 23 at approximately 11:30 p.m. on Horodotska Street. Two men, aged 28 and 34, attacked the student, stealing his mobile phone and bank card before fleeing the scene.
Investigation Details
The pre-trial investigation, conducted under Part 4 of Article 186 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (“Robbery”), has been completed. Under the procedural guidance of the Halytskyi District Prosecutor’s Office, the indictment has been submitted to the court.
Potential Penalty
The article under which the suspects are charged provides for imprisonment ranging from seven to ten years.
