Driver of Audi A5 Fined for Parking Violation
While monitoring social media, we discovered a post about a driver of an Audi A5 who parked in a spot reserved for disabled individuals without having the right to do so.
Additionally, according to the post, there were plenty of free spots in the shopping center’s parking lot at that time.
Search and Accountability
We located the 20-year-old driver and processed the violation according to current legislation.
We remind you that unjustified parking in spots for disabled individuals is subject to liability according to Part 6 of Article 122 (Stopping vehicles in places marked with corresponding road signs, which allow stopping only vehicles operated by drivers with disabilities or drivers transporting persons with disabilities) of the Code of Administrative Offenses. The fine ranges from 1,020 to 1,700 hryvnias.
