The traffic accident occurred on May 7, around 4:30 p.m., on Myshugy Street in Radekhiv, Chervonograd District.
As previously established by the law enforcement officers, there was a collision between Audi Q5 cars, driven by a 43-year-old resident of the Volyn region, and a Skoda Fabia, driven by a 30-year-old resident of Radekhov.
As a result of the accident, the driver of the Skoda Fabia and three of his passengers were injured and taken to medical facilities: a 25-year-old woman, a 17-year-old boy and a two-month-old boy, all residents of Radekhov.
According to the fact, investigators of police department No. 1 of the Chervonograd district police department opened criminal proceedings under part 1 of article 286 (Violation of traffic safety rules) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The maximum punishment provided by the sanction of the article is restriction of liberty for a term of up to three years, with deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for a term of up to three years.
Law enforcement officers are establishing the circumstances of the incident.
