At the request of the prosecutors of the Lviv Regional Prosecutor’s Office, the corporate rights and property of the business entity were seized and transferred to the ARMA administration. Their final beneficiary is a citizen of the Russian Federation. The value of the transferred assets is almost UAH 5 million.
The citizen of the aggressor state owns enterprises and property complexes on the territory of the resort town of Truskavets (Lviv region) and in the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
It was established that in 2016, his hotel on the occupied peninsula provided accommodation services to paramilitary formations of the Russian Federation. To date, it continues to carry out its activities, paying taxes to the occupying country.
According to the decision of the investigating judge, the corporate rights of two companies were seized and transferred to ARMA.
Previously, the corporate rights to the hotel in Truskavets, owned by the defendant, were seized. The value of these assets is about UAH 6 million. (https://lviv.gp.gov.ua/ua/news.html?_m=publications&_t=rec&id=340990&fp=80)
In total, the business assets of the person involved in the amount of almost UAH 11 million were seized.
The pre-trial investigation into the fact of financing of actions committed with the aim of violent change or overthrow of the constitutional order or seizure of state power, change of territory boundaries or state border of Ukraine is carried out by investigators of the SBU Office in Lviv region (Article 110-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
