At the request of the prosecutors of the Lviv Regional Prosecutor’s Office, the corporate rights and property of the business entity were seized and transferred to the ARMA administration. The final beneficiary of the latter is a citizen of the Russian Federation. The total value of the transferred assets is almost UAH 6 million.
The Russian owns enterprises and property complexes in the Lviv region and the Autonomous Republic of Crimea.
It was established that in 2016, his hotel on the occupied peninsula provided accommodation services to paramilitary formations of the Russian Federation. To date, the business entity continues to carry out its activities, paying taxes to the aggressor country.
In addition, the defendant is one of the owners of the corporate rights to the property complex in Truskavets. He owns 49% of the authorized capital.
Therefore, the property and assets located in the Lviv Region were seized and handed over to ARMA.
The pre-trial investigation into the fact of financing of actions committed with the aim of violent change or overthrow of the constitutional order or seizure of state power, change of the borders of the territory or state border of Ukraine is carried out by the investigator of the SBU Office in the Lviv region (Article 110-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine).
