The Economic Court of the Lviv Region satisfied the lawsuit of the prosecutors of the Pustomytiv District Prosecutor’s Office against the business entity for the return of the land plot with the water facility located on it worth UAH 23.6 million.
It was established that for a long time after the expiration of the lease agreement, the private enterprise illegally held the plot of land and used the pond for growing fish for commercial purposes.
The court agreed with the arguments of the prosecutor’s office and made a decision to return to the village council a plot of land with a total area of more than 3.5 hectares, located on the territory of one of the villages of the Lviv district.
