Prosecutors discovered that the company that leased the land did not pay rent for a year. In addition, according to the terms of the contract, the defendant was supposed to build facilities of energy-generating enterprises on the used land plot. However, construction has not even started.
We are talking about energy lands with a total area of more than 26 hectares, located within the boundaries of the Novoyavoriv territorial community of the Yavoriv district.
Therefore, these violations became the reason for the Yavoriv District Prosecutor’s Office to file a lawsuit for the termination of the land lease agreement and the obligation to return the land plot to the disposal of the community.
The commercial court of the Lviv region has fully satisfied this claim.
