A resident of Chervonohrad was involved in the sale of drugs and psychotropic substances in the Lviv region. The man rented an apartment, which he equipped for a warehouse and a packing shop. Dispensed in doses of prohibited substances sold by bookmarks. The malefactor was detained, he has already been informed about the suspicion and a measure of restraint has been chosen – detention.
While working out the territory in the village of Rudne in the Lviv region, operatives of the Territorial Department for Combating Drug Crime (UBN) detained a drug dealer. The parcel containing almost 2 kg of cannabis was confiscated from the man.
It was established that a 25-year-old resident of Chervonohrad distributed drugs and psychotropic substances through an online store. The attacker rented an apartment in Lviv, where he stored and packed banned substances, which he then sold in the city and region by bookmarks.
UBN operatives together with investigators of the Lviv District Police Department № 2 police department № 1 conducted an urgent search of the suspect’s temporary apartment, seizing cannabis, amphetamine, 70 MDMA pills, 200 LSD brands, electronic scales, packing materials, mobile phones SIM cards, bank cards and money.
The value of seized drugs and psychotropic substances at black market prices is over UAH 500,000.
Prosecutors of the Frankivsk District Prosecutor’s Office of Lviv informed the perpetrator of the suspicion under Part 2 of Art. 307 (Illegal production, manufacture, purchase, storage, transportation, shipment or sale of narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances or their analogues) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
The Railway District Court of Lviv chose a measure of restraint for the suspect in the form of detention with the right to post bail in the amount of UAH 198,000.
He may face up to ten years in prison with confiscation of property.
