However, there is a condition – the plots of land should be vacated upon request and by the terms established by the Drohobytsk City Council, in order to carry out the reconstruction of the Maly Rynok area.
It is about the fact that in 2022 the Department of Urban Planning and Architecture held an open competition for the “Reconstruction of the Market and its adjacent part on the street. According to the concept of transformation, the territory of the market and Maly Rynok street are planned to be modernized: the process involves the reconstruction of the market itself, the creation of an environment that will facilitate the modern requirements of the functioning of the bazaar, the organization of trade, the creation of a space for rest with benches, etc.
