The educational resource “Osvita.ua” published the ranking of the regions of Ukraine according to the results of the national multi-subject test of 2023: Lviv Oblast is the leader.
According to the notification, the regions of Ukraine are ranked according to the rating score, which is calculated based on the average score of the national multi-subject test obtained by school graduates of each region in 2023.
Lviv region won the first place with an average NMT score of 145.44, 491 schools were covered, the results of 11,675 students who took 34,170 tests were taken into account, 98% of all test participants passed the “passed/failed” threshold.
The high results of the Lviv region became another evidence of the conscientiousness and high professional skill of the educators of the Lviv region.
“The educators of Lviv Oblast and the staff of the Department of Education are, of course, pleased to receive such a result. But it has a taste of bitterness. Because the educationally powerful regions, with which we competed in peaceful conditions, did not have the opportunity to provide normal learning conditions for children due to Russian aggression against Ukraine. Therefore, we will discuss the ratings and be happy for the results after our victory. And now we are happy with every success of our colleagues from Kharkiv Oblast, Sumy Oblast, Chernihiv Oblast, Donetsk Oblast, Luhansk Oblast, Zaporizhzhia, Mykolaiv Oblast, Kherson Oblast. We are happy with every child who will be able to go to school, and every teacher who will be able to teach students,” commented Oleg Paska, director of the Department of Education and Science at LOVA.
