Lviv Passengers Made 2.5 Million Free Transfers with LeoCard

Over the past eight months, Lviv residents have made use of more than 2.5 million free transfers in public transport. This opportunity is provided to LeoCard holders and users of the LeoCard app, as reported by Lvivavtodor.

The director of Lvivavtodor, Mykola Vlasyuk, noted that this function greatly facilitates travel for residents and allows them to save on fares. Free transfers have been available since last July for LeoCard and from December for the LeoCard app. Passengers can switch to any type of transport within 40 minutes, but each trip must be validated. Without this action, the trip will not be considered a free transfer, which could lead to a fine. The free option is not available when paying with a bank card or cash.
