About fifty people took part in the event, including heads of communal institutions of the Lviv Regional Council of Medical Direction and their assistants.
The day before, the Lviv Regional Military Administration held the second stage of training on working in the Megapolis.DocNet electronic document management system. The event was conducted by employees of the electronic governance department of the administrative department of the apparatus of the Lviv OVA.
The heads of communal institutions of the Lviv Regional Council of Medical Direction and their assistants took part in the training.
At this stage, the participants carried out:
- Primary personal settings of e-document circulation users;
- Registration and review of incoming documents;
- Delegation of internal documents in accordance with the functional division of duties;
- Exchange of source documents with correspondents through the system of electronic interaction of executive authorities (SEV OVV);
- Consideration of the functional filling of templates, movement and registers of documents.
It should be noted that the strategic goal on the path to informatization of the public administration of the Lviv region in 2023-2024 is the implementation of an electronic document management system in communal enterprises, establishments and institutions of the Lviv regional council, which will allow to increase the efficiency of management activities, ensure a high level of security and information protection, and carry out proper control upon receipt and execution of documents. Organizational support of the project is provided by the management of digital development of the regional state administration, technical settings are implemented by the Lviv Regional Council.
