The local budgets of Lviv Oblast received over 23 billion hryvnias in tax payments

During January-September 2023, taxpayers of the Lviv region paid 23 billion 111 thousand hryvnias in tax payments to the local budgets of the region.

V. o. Mykola Nikityuk, head of the Main Directorate of the State Police in Lviv Oblast, reported that compared to the same period in 2022, receipts of taxes, fees and other mandatory payments to the local budgets of the region, which are controlled by the Main Directorate of the State Police in Lviv Oblast, increased by 19.3% or 3 741.3 million hryvnias.

Accordingly, revenues from all budget-forming taxes increased.

In particular, according to personal income tax, receipts to local budgets in January-September 2023 amounted to 16,711.9 million hryvnias. This is UAH 2,815.0 million or 20.3% more than in January-September 2022

Payments for land in January-September 2023 paid 1,327.7 million hryvnias, which is 313.8 million hryvnias or 30.9% more than in the same period last year.

In January-September 2023, 3,252.3 million hryvnias were paid as a single tax. This is more than in January-September 2022 by 16.7% or 464.7 million hryvnias.

In January-September 2023, tax revenue for real estate other than land amounted to 711 million hryvnias. Compared to the corresponding period of 2022, they increased by 271 million hryvnias, or as much as 61.6%.
