In the Chervonohrad district, the renewed capacity of one of the oldest mills was inaugurated.
This is reported by the Department of Agro-Industrial Development of the Lviv Regional State Administration.
The history of the mill began back in 2003, in 2019 major repair works of the mill mechanisms were carried out. The premises, equipped with the necessary equipment for the production of flour, became operational.
Today, the volume of processing is 7.5 tons of grain per day.
Own TM “Batkivskyi Mlyn” was created, clichés for packaging of craft flour were produced: 1 kg, 2 kg, 5 kg, 40 kg.
“Craft projects are like talented children. They require a lot of attention, investment and unwavering faith in success. “Batkivsky Mlyn” is such a project and we are very happy that the owners have decided to continue its activity. A high-quality, unique product will always find its consumer,” said Tetyana Hetman, Director of the Department of Agro-Industrial Development.
