The first fully Ukrainian grain carriers have been manufactured in Lviv region
These bunker wagons allow for the transport of grain and other food bulk cargo along mainline railways and industrial tracks.
This was announced by the head of LOVA Maxim Kozitsky.
They protect the cargo from precipitation and store it securely.
Every detail is Ukrainian. We have already launched mass production. The company has signed a number of contracts, both domestic and foreign.
In total, the company has produced about 5,000 grain carriers of various types. This sample is a completely new model. The production capacity allows us to produce 1 to 3 new carriages per day.
In addition to grain carriers, there is a large demand for cement carriers.
As you can see, even despite the war and logistical problems, if you have a great desire, you can achieve great results. The plant employs 650 people. This example shows that local enterprises in Ukraine are able to produce really high-quality products of the European level, so I urge our partners to continue investing in the development of industry in the Lviv region,” said the head of the Lviv Regional State Administration.
