During the meeting, the steps of preparation for Ukraine’s full participation in 3SI at the next Summit and Business Forum 3SI 2023 in Romania were discussed.
An international round table was held to discuss the mutually beneficial cooperation of Ukraine with participating countries and strategic partners in the intergovernmental Three Seas Initiative (3SI) in accordance with the decision of the 3SI Riga Summit of that year and the proposal of the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyi, preparation for participation, priority and innovative projects for the next Summit and Business forum, which will be held this year in Romania.
They inform in the transport and communications department of the Lviv Regional Military Administration.
During the meeting, the steps of preparation for Ukraine’s full participation in 3SI at the next Summit and Business Forum 3SI 2023 in Romania were discussed.
In particular, the participants worked within the following topics:
– The Three Seas Initiative: steps towards cooperation;
– Infrastructure projects. Transnational corridors, logistics centers within the framework of cooperation between the 3SI countries and Ukraine;
– Science and innovation in Three Seas projects.
As the administration added, one of the main directions of the intergovernmental Three Seas Initiative are projects and innovations in transport infrastructure, energy and digitalization, and international transport corridors will pass through the Lviv region.
